Doug has led Retail Feedback Group since 1995. He consults with organizations across the U.S. to listen and respond to their customers, employees, and supply chain partners. Doug has been on the forefront of consumer and employee insights in the grocery industry. He introduced the first automated feedback system specifically for supermarket shoppers and co-developed the Retail Culture Survey, a widely-used norm-based feedback tool for retail, office and distribution employees. Doug has presented survey findings to meetings of the National Grocers Association, the Food Marketing Institute, and the Produce Marketing Association. He is co-author of Feedback Rules! published by Brigantine Media as part of their popular Rules! series.
Prior to joining Retail Feedback Group as a Principal, Doug was a manager in the Retail Practice of Deloitte Consulting. He holds MBA and BS degrees from Cornell University in Marketing and Strategic Human Resources. Doug serves in a board/leadership role in several service and non-profit organizations.
