Sergio A. Gonzalez is Customer Experience and Vital Factors manager at Northgate Gonzalez Markets, a supermarket destination for authentic, fresh, and quality Hispanic foods. Among Sergio’s various responsibilities, he leads Northgate’s Customer Experience program, and supports with customer insights and initiatives. He is also responsible for Northgate’s management accountability and goal setting program with store team leaders, field supervisors, and department directors. He comes from 12 years of store operations experience, where he has held various store management positions and extensive knowledge of perishables departments.
In 2017, Sergio completed the USC Food Industry Management Program and along with his team “the Foodture” presented at the WAFC conference in Palm Springs. He is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a bachelor’s in business administration.
