Subriana Pierce

Subriana is a results driven, visionary leader in the food and beverage industry.   She is the Senior Vice President of Sales, West for C.A. Fortune which recently acquired the company she co-founded, Navigator Sales and Marketing.  

In 2020, she launched the Navigator Lighthouse Foundation, a 501c3 focused on helping women and minority entrepreneurs succeed in the grocery retail space. 

Prior to Navigator, Subriana served as Senior Vice President, Sales and Merchandising for Albertsons Southern California.  Prior to joining Supervalu, Subriana spent over 10 years in Sales and Marketing roles with PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay Division

She currently serves as the 95^th Headlite (President) for the Illuminators which is the premiere organization of vendors/suppliers in the grocery industry.  She sits on the Executive Board of Directors for the California Grocers Association.  

Throughout her career, Subriana has been recognized for several outstanding achievements which include Women of Influence by the Shelby Report, 2021 DEI Industry leader by the Shelby Report.  California Center for Equality and Justice (CCEJ) “Humanitarian of the Year”,  Griffin Report’s “Influential Women in Grocery”; “Top Woman in Grocery” by Progressive Grocer Magazine.  She was Women in the Industry honoree by the Food Industry Management Club of LA (FISMC).    

Subriana received her BA in Economics from Spelman College.   She then went on to receive her MBA in Marketing from University of Chicago.  She received her Food Industry Executive Management certificate from USC.

She has been married to Allen Pierce for over 33 years and they together have six children and four grandchildren.  They reside in Corona, CA.
