Each paid conference registration includes:
- Admission to conference educational sessions
- Complete access to the conference exhibit hall
- Daily meal functions (Monday & Tuesday)
- Nightly networking events including the Opening Reception, After Hours Social, and Monday Reception
Please note: Conference registration and housing arrangements are separate.

A Retailer is characterized as a retail establishment that directly sells a wide array of grocery-related products to consumers. This definition excludes online brand stores, which should instead register as Suppliers.
A Wholesaler is a business entity that procures various grocery-related products directly from multiple manufacturers and subsequently supplies these products to retailers. Wholesalers are expected to exhibit sales activity across a diverse spectrum of categories, encompassing but not restricted to pet care, general merchandise, health and beauty products, dairy, meat, produce, snacks, and more. (This registration rate is limited to full-line grocery wholesalers only.)
For Brokers and Distributor companies engaged in the wholesale or distribution of either self-manufactured goods or a singular category of products, should register as a Supplier. Any enterprise not fitting the descriptions of a retailer or wholesaler as outlined above should register as a Supplier.
